What we collect

When you buy seats, we collect the email address and name you provide, your order details, and the host hardware identifier and hostname you choose to share from your host console. When you request a trial or a demo, we collect the name, email, organisation (if given), expected user count, host operating system and setup notes you provide. When a licence is activated, we record the host hardware identifier it is bound to and the activation time.

How we use it

We use this information to issue and manage your licence, verify payment, provide support, and respond to trial and demo requests. Licence keys are emailed to the address you provide when payment is confirmed. We do not sell your information.

Support tickets

Support tickets sent from a host console include the licence identifier and host hardware identifier so we can identify the licence the ticket relates to. Ticket messages and replies are kept so we can follow up on open issues.

What we do not collect

MultiDeskKore does not collect the contents of user sessions, files, or activity inside guest desktops. Session data stays on your host.
