Terms

Last updated: 25 October 2026. MultiDeskKore is built by TrimKore.

The licence

A MultiDeskKore licence is a perpetual, per-seat licence for one host. One seat is one user account on one licensed host. The host user (console admin) is separate and does not count as a seat. Additional hosts require their own licence. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes, hardware and Microsoft licences are separate.

Payment and issuance

Payment is manual. Submit your order and follow the payment instructions. After payment verification, your licence key is issued and emailed to the address you provided. No instant activation and no fulfilment time are promised.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. MultiDeskKore offers a free 3-day trial so you can evaluate the product before you buy. See the Refund Policy for the full policy.

Upgrades and support

The first 12 months of upgrades and standard support are included with every licence. After that, renewal is optional at 10% of the licence value per year. Without renewal you keep using your last entitled version — the perpetual licence never expires, and maintenance expiry does not disable entitled functionality.

Activation and transfers

A licence key activates on one host and is bound to that host's hardware identifier. To move a licence to new hardware, submit a transfer request from your host console; TrimKore approves it and clears the old binding so the key can activate on the new host.

Trial

The trial lasts 3 days from the access details we send you. When the trial ends, trial access expires; you can then purchase a licence to continue. Nothing is charged for the trial.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your host, your network, your guest devices, and the Windows and application licences your use requires. Confirm compatibility before deployment. Separate sessions share one operating system; they are not individual virtual machines.
