No refunds

All MultiDeskKore licence purchases (one-time) and annual renewals are final and non-refundable. Once a licence key is issued, the purchase cannot be returned or refunded.

Why: the free trial

MultiDeskKore offers a free 3-day trial of the complete product — 3 users (the host user plus 2 remote user accounts) — so you can evaluate it and confirm it works for your setup before you pay. The trial is the time to decide. Please use the trial before buying.

Digital delivery

Your licence key is delivered digitally by email and bound to your host's hardware identifier. Once issued, it cannot be returned.

Charged in error

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate payment — contact TrimKore through the Support page and it will be corrected. This is fixing a billing error, not a refund of a valid purchase.
