Clinics

Reception and back-room staff each get their own desktop.

One seat is one user account on one licensed host. The host user (console admin) does not count as a seat. Only accounts created through the MultiDeskKore console (plus the console admin) can sign in. One seat per staff member — add a seat for each staff member.

The problem

Reception and back-room staff each need a desktop, and the practice cannot afford a PC per person.

How MultiDeskKore fits

Each staff member gets their own desktop session and their own files on the shared host, separate from other users’. The admin manages accounts from the local console, and one host is simpler to keep running than several PCs.

What it needs

One Windows 10 Pro host, a network, and a device, display, keyboard and mouse per staff member. Hardware and Microsoft licences are separate.
