Retail and back-office counters

Counter and back-office desktops from one host.

One seat is one user account on one licensed host. The host user (console admin) does not count as a seat. Only accounts created through the MultiDeskKore console (plus the console admin) can sign in. One seat per counter or desk — add a seat for each counter or desk.

The problem

Every counter and back-office desk needs a working desktop, and every extra PC is another thing to maintain.

How MultiDeskKore fits

Staff at the counter and in the back office sign into their own sessions on one host. The admin creates accounts and manages sessions from the console, and a staff member who disconnects picks up the same session when they sign in again.

What it needs

One Windows 10 Pro host, a network, and a device per counter or desk. Application licences for shared-session use, where the software requires them.
