Offices and call centres

One shared host replaces a PC on every desk.

One seat is one user account on one licensed host. The host user (console admin) does not count as a seat. Only accounts created through the MultiDeskKore console (plus the console admin) can sign in. Example fit: a call centre of 5 seats — one seat per staff member.

The problem

A team of workstations means a PC on every desk, and every PC to patch, fix and replace.

How MultiDeskKore fits

Staff sign into their own desktop sessions on one shared host. The admin sees live sessions in the console, creates accounts and manages the team from one place, instead of walking desk to desk. A disconnected session keeps the staff member’s work as they left it.

What it needs

One Windows 10 Pro host with enough CPU and RAM for the team’s workload, a reliable network, and a device per staff member.
